Hung jury in murder case

After two weeks of trial, James Goldstein hung the jury. In this case, the DA presented taped confessions as well as a “rap song” by our client bragging about the killing. During Jim’s cross-examination, the Detective admitted that the interrogation of our client lasted several hours but only about 10% of the interview was recorded. Jim convinced the jury that a guilty verdict would be unacceptable based on just 10% of the evidence and that they would no make any major decision in their own life under the same circumstances.
