Our client was charged with the assault of a firefighter following a disturbance call. Paramedics arrived to the scene and attempted to transport our client for medical care. During that interaction, our client bit and assaulted the paramedic and was arrested him at the hospital following a brief 5150 hold. Michael negotiated a very brief period of informal diversion with the prosecutor resulting in the complete dismissal and preservation of our client’s criminal history.
