Our client was arrested and booked on suspicion of attempted murder after firing a shot at his daughter’s boyfriend during a heated dispute. He was held on bail in the amount of $2,000,000. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office charged him with assault with a firearm and negligent discharge. The charges were dismissed at the time of the preliminary hearing and the client was exonerated.
