Michael’s client was convicted of transportation of marijuana at age 19 following his arrest for sales of marijuana to a minor. The conviction prevented him from obtaining a broker’s license for the past 22 years. Michael was successful in obtaining both an order to seal and destroy all records of his arrest and declaration of factual innocence. As a result, our client no longer has a criminal record and will now be eligible to obtain the license he has sought for 22 years.
