Michael’s client was charged with her 3rd DUI within 6 years. Additionally, the prosecutor alleged an enhancement as a result of a blood alcohol level of .19. Our client was looking a statutory minimum of 120 in county jail and 5 years on probation. After more than 9 months of court appearances, AA meetings and litigation, the prosecutor agreed to 15 days in local pay-to-stay custody and a 30 month DUI class.
