Charges Dismissed in DUI Case

Our Client, a commercial driver employed by the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, was charged with DUI after leaving a strip club where he spent several hours drinking. He ended up leaving with one of the employees. At some point, an argument ensued, and they pulled over onto the shoulder where our client fell asleep in the vehicle. CHP received a call of a disabled vehicle on the freeway and responded to the scene where our client was arrested. After winning the DMV hearing, we turned our focus to the criminal matter.
