Probationary Sentence in Narcotics & Firearm Prosecution

Our client was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Possession for Sale of Oxycodone, Fentanyl and Marijuana. LAPD officers in Hollywood pulled our client over for tinted windows and immediately recognized the client from a similar arrest for Narcotics and Firearm two months earlier. The officers searched the vehicle and recovered a duffle bag full of hundreds of Oxycodone/Fentanyl pills, 675 grams of marijuana and a loaded Firearm. After a review of several hours of body worn video, our office filed a suppression motion leading to an offer of probation. This occurred while our client was out on bail for a pending narcotics/firearm prosecution in another courthouse in Los Angeles County.
