Michael A. Goldstein represented a client charged with Criminal Threats and Stalking. The District Attorney original demanded state prison given the nature of the offense. It was alleged that our client was stalking his girlfriend, making threats and hacking into her email account. Michael negotiated an alternative disposition that resulted in a probationary sentence and time served.
