No Criminal Charges or Conviction Following Firearms Arrest At LAX Airport

Our client was arrested at LAX Airport after TSA officers recovered a semi-automatic firearm from our client’s carry-on bag during a security screening.  Michael A. Goldstein was retained early on, proactive measures were taken and a City Attorney scheduled an informal hearing in lieu of filing formal criminal charges.   Following that hearing, our client retained his gun rights and did not suffer a criminal conviction.
